With ABC Great Beginnings in South Jordan, Utah, early start and close times mean you can count on this great standard of care no matter what your busy schedule demands. You can drop your kids off early or pick them up late on a regular basis or just once in awhile.

Age-based Curriculum Helps Children Thrive

We are experts in early childhood education, and we have worked hard to create programs that encourage learning and development at every stage.

In infancy, babies need attentive care and nurturing and activities suited to their level of development. In their first and second years, they need to gain some independence and play with others as they learn about colors, shapes and more. In preschool years, it’s important for kids to learn how to interact in groups and to develop early learning skills such as letter recognition, counting and measuring and more. This is vital to success throughout the school years.

In kindergarten and beyond, children’s needs diversify. Some might need extra help with school while others just need more opportunities to play and interact with others. We offer safe transportation to and from school and a great outdoor play area with rubber-mat surfacing that helps protect against scrapes and cuts.

Engaging Kids in Healthy Living

ABC Great Beginnings South Jordan Child Care Center is now part of this great new program called Healthy Way to Grow, which was founded through the American Heart Association. Healthy Way to Grow is a program which is science based and designed to help fight childhood obesity by changing some of the practices and policies within early childhood programs, for promoting better health. See our Healthy Way to Grow Activity for activities scheduled this month. Fun for kids and family alike. Also see our monthly newsletter for recipes, tips on health and wellness and more.
